All-Levels Yoga for Kinky Humans
All-Levels Yoga for Kinky Humans takes the psychological and physical aspects of yoga and tailors them specifically to the needs of kinky and kink-curious humans, regardless of power disposition, gender, body type, and ableness.
Join us for a 75-minute, all-level gentle flow, deep rest, & sound bath experience, with time after class for discussion and connection. You do not need to be flexible or have ever done yoga before to be welcome. Everyone from absolute beginners to long-time yogis are invited to learn how to apply yoga to support your kink journey. This is a space for the community to come together to cultivate empowerment on our mats, in our dynamics, and throughout our lives.

Class Expectations and Norms:
This is not a play event.
Clothing is mandatory; no nudity.
All are welcome to practice, but no observers will be permitted.
Listen to and respect your body.
Bring your mat and block if you have one (we will have some to loan).

Why Yoga?

About the Instructors:
Des and Ellise are both RYT-200 Yoga Instructors and Certified Facilitators of Yoga Nidra. Ellise is working on her RYT-500.
Ellise and Des have taught a beginner rope class in the local community since June 2022.
