Volunteers play a crucial role in our ability to keep Deviance Tampa Bay a safe, clean, welcoming space for the kink community. As we grow to support the community in new ways, so will our volunteer opportunities.

People who volunteer their time, energy, and even money to the community do so as a labor of love and a desire to support the needs of the community, often without so much as a thank you. At Deviance, we want everyone who invests their efforts with us to feel appreciated and recognized. Our volunteers can expect these benefits and more:
Free admission to the event your shift supports (Maximum shift length is 3 hours of each 6 hour standard event night)
Free admission to monthly Staff & Volunteer Only Play Party for volunteer and up to 2 guests (must volunteer at least once in the month leading up to the party to attend)
Free volunteer training (DM, First Aid, etc.)
Free membership renewal (must volunteer at least once per month or the equivalent)
Dungeon opens 1 hour early for scheduled volunteers to play on regular Friday/Saturday event nights (play, cleanup, and aftercare must be concluded in time for doors being open)
20% Discount on all merchandise in the shop
