Savage Sunshine

Owner | Steward | Community Builder

I’m a pan/switch/cis woman, a mom, a nana, and general normal every day badass.

I take community seriously and the concept of Each One, Teach One has been ingrained in me from the first time I stepped into a play space over 25 years ago. I believe in building spaces where everyone can be themselves—fully, safely, and unapologetically. I’m committed to inclusion, consent, transparency, and mutual respect. All genders and expressions are valid. Black lives still matter. No one needs to tear others down to rise—and I won’t engage with or support people who believe otherwise.

If it’s not safe, nurturing, and welcoming to bodies of every color and identity, I don’t want any part of it. I support a wide range of spaces and experiences because no single event can meet every need—and that’s exactly how it should be.

I don’t respond to gossip, bullies, or mob mentalities. I do believe in accountability, learning from mistakes, and leading with integrity—even when it’s not popular. I’m not here to be liked; I’m here to live my values and build something real.

And yes—my heart, my personality, and my mouth are all big. 😇

Kim Rei

Event Wrangler

Kim is Deviance Tampa Bay's enthusiastic, eager, you-wanna-do-what-now Event Coordinator. She has been a member of the Club for nearly a decade and is about as dedicated as one can be without setting up a tent in the parking lot.

The opening line for Kim's bio in another space reads, "Kimberly Rei does her best work in the places that don't exist… the in-between places where imagination defies reality." Those words suit her path in kink as easily as they do in publishing. Kim is an author and editor. She is a submissive Leather Doll to her Owner, Ma'am Miki Rei. She is a pet, a steel slut, and an explorer. She is one of the producers for devour., a regular event held at Deviance.

Kim is also an educator. Her favorite quote is from Socrates: "Wisdom begins in wonder." She holds these words sacred and to that end, strives to find the places between traditional workshops and skill sharing opportunities. She is passionate about communication, consent, and forming healthy habits for individuals and dynamics. She creates space to explore other ways to consider topics, to look sideways at what is known, and to flex imaginative muscles in kink considerations.

She is a decorated combat veteran who has been engaged with kink and BDSM for over 30 years. She is the covered Head of House Arashi, a Mil-Spec Leather House in the Tampa Bay area, and a prolific kink educator focusing on high-risk play and community/culture leadership. She possess a demonstrable passion for serving her community and Leather culture, and strives to remain student and service-minded as she continues to learn and grow on her personal journey.

The Boy

Sunshine’s Caretaker | Tech and Dungeon Minion

My role first and foremost is looking after Sunshine while we build Deviance into something that serves the community and represents our shared values. Secondary to that I do tech support, backend operations, and looking after the dungeon.

I’ve been in the community for less than a year and it’s already helped me grow and done more for my life than I can say here.

Not least of which was meeting Sunshine at my very first Munch. I’ve had a wonderful and unique experience and supporting Deviance has been a great way for me to learn more and give back.
